PAYMENT POLICY

I provide mental health counseling services for my clients.

I will bill your insurance and keep you informed of payments and any issues that may arise.

 

I participate in most all of the major health insurance plans in the region.

Following are the health plans which I currently accept.

If your plan is not listed, I may be able to provide services as an out of network provider.

Check with your provider for your benefits.

Please be aware that with any health plans, there may be deductibles and copayments for which you could be responsible.

I accept credit, debit, checks or cash as forms of payment for my services.
