Below is more information on the services I offer.
You can be assured – I have a commitment to excellence when it comes to the level of care I provide.
Treatment needs to be able to help you balance your internal and external relationships by helping you regulate your protective responses of fight (anger),
flight (relaxation and escape), freeze, and submission to healthy levels. Recognizing the dysregulation, being able to understand what is happening, and having a vision for regulating it, are important steps in having a direction in treatment. These form the basis for practicing and developing the skills needed to balance one's behavior, feelings, and thoughts.
